Liverpool have marked Belgium striker Divock Origi from Lille for £10m.
The 19-year-old has concurred a five-year contract yet will stay at the French club on advance next season and move to Anfield in 2015.
"I am exceptionally upbeat and charmed a club as large as Liverpool demonstrated enthusiasm toward me," he said. "I'm extremely energized."
Origi played in each of the five of Belgium's recreations at the 2014 Fifa World Cup amid their rushed to the quarter-finals and scored in the 1-0 win over Russia.
