Cycling: Giorgia Bronzini beats Laura Trott in London Grand Prix
Italy's Giorgia Bronzini beat Marianne Vos in the last few meters to win cycling's Ridelondon Grand Prix.
Olympic silver medallist Lizzie Armitstead was third, in front of Eileen Roe and British street race champion and Olympic gold medallist Laura Trott, who completed fourth and fifth individually.
"I truly needed to win in this wonderful city," said Bronzini.

Bronzini was excited to win the race after barely passing up a great opportunity in London amid the 2012 Olympics
"Ladies' cycling is brimming with force and we don't have anything short of what the men and we demonstrated that."
In a show of quality crosswise over British ladies' cycling, seven of the main 10 finishers of the 1.3-mile lap race around London's St James' Park were British.
Ridelondon pulled in a large number of cycling fans to England's capital city, who could ride the courses the experts contend on.
